How far ahead do I need to book?

At least 48 hours before your serving time. The date picker will not offer anything sooner.

What is the minimum booking?

20 guests. We cater up to 1000 guests online — for anything larger, ask us to call you.

How is the price worked out?

A rate per guest that falls as the guest count rises, from 95 AED down to 40 AED. Delivery and setup is included, 5% VAT is added as its own line, and any extras you add are priced individually.

Question 4

Do I pay the whole amount up front?

Accepted Answer

No. A 10% deposit holds your date, and the balance is due before the event. The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel, because the date is held for you and turned down for others. You can pay in full instead if you prefer.

Question 5

Is my event confirmed as soon as I pay?

Accepted Answer

Not quite. Paying the deposit holds your booking while we check the date against our kitchen. We confirm it with you directly, and nothing else is charged until we do.

Question 6

Which areas do you deliver to?

Accepted Answer

Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah. Delivery and setup is included, wherever in those emirates your event is.

Question 7

Can I choose the dishes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each course lets you pick a set number of dishes — three mains, four appetizers, and so on. VIP opens up the full menu, including dishes not offered on Regular service.
